We Provide Psychological Services in Skilled Nursing and

Assisted Living Settings

Senior Connections provides psychological services tailored to the unique needs of residents in nursing homes and assisted living communities. Our experienced, compassionate clinicians use evidence-based approaches to address complex emotional and behavioral needs, particularly during periods of significant life transition.

Our clinicians provide on-site care within facilities, allowing for timely access to services and real-time collaboration with nursing, social services, and rehabilitation teams. We integrate directly into care planning and respond quickly to referrals, supporting both residents and staff in managing behavioral and emotional needs.

Our services are covered by Medicare Part B and many private insurance plans, helping ensure care is accessible to the residents we serve. Our mission is to enhance quality of life, comfort, and functional well-being for older adults living in long-term care and assisted living settings.

Since 1998, our licensed psychologists and therapists have delivered comprehensive assessment and treatment for residents experiencing depression, anhedonia (difficulty experiencing pleasure), anxiety, and adjustment to multiple and cumulative late-life losses, as well as symptoms associated with dementia and cognitive decline.

Today, Senior Connections partners with communities across every major metropolitan region in Washington State, working alongside facility staff to provide thoughtful, integrated psychological care—directly where residents live.
